Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original waterproof packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pieces within 3-5 business days.
